Repairing the Canal
Grand Canal of China used to be at the very core of the Middle Kingdom until it sustained heavy damage during a series of torrential rains. Since then, the canal has been largely unusable, with successive ministers trying to find the funds to repair it. Thankfully, it seems that we have managed to save enough gold and we could have it repaired during the lifetime of the current Ruler Title.
