Now that Target Character is in charge, he/she is looking to reverse his/her uncle's policies in many fields.
One of them is the Direct Appointment. The result of this policy was detrimental to our bureaucracy, as it ended the one institution that, for centuries, promoted many skilled students to positions in the government of Country and its predecessors.
Now that Target Character is looking into bringing back the Kējǔ Examination, we can only hope the faith in the system will be restored and we will subsequently receive many new applicants.
