A Colonial Charter for the Country
With the influx of new ideas and traders from Western Europe there are more and more advisors that advocate towards the founding of a Trading Company to exploit the trans-Atlantic Trade for ourselves, instead of relying on foreign traders. While Target Character has an open ear to these ideas, this would be a risky investment and we might want to focus our efforts of expansion closer to our own territory.
