To celebrate our recent military victories and to preserve our standing among the powers of Europe, we could contract a skilled artist of the neoclassical style to design and build us a monument worthy of a great European capital. Target Artist has already made plans towards a grand gate that could be placed at the western entrance of Berlin, connecting our current seat of power, with the ancient capital of Brandenburg.

While the Gate was designed by the Artist Carl Gotthard Langhans, multiple other artists were involved in the decorations of the Gate. The Quadriga, depicting the Roman goddess Victoria, was created by the sculpturer Johan Gottfried Schadow, with others contributing to reliefs and friezes, with the decorations facing towards the City itself. The Gate, designed in the style of neoclassicism, was built at the then borders of the City of Berlin, in the zone of Dorotheenstadt to commemorate the Prussian victory against a Dutch popular revolt and the formation of an alliance with the countries of the Netherlands and Great Britain.
