Our explorers found a vast expanse of lowlands filled with many rivers and waterways discharging their water into a massive bay of salty water.
To their dismay when they came closer to the coast they were assaulted by a never-ending swarm of small black flies that would bite them and drink their blood. After many painful bites, they were forced to retreat and are now asking us to let them search for a different route forward.
