Taxes or Agriculture
The people of our Flavor Rank are nomads and Commoners who live off what the land provides. With this in mind, our governors need us to decide whether we should focus on taxes or agriculture. Some claim that the development of land is more important than the collection of the tax. Tax can only be obtained by the development of the land, and to demand tax without doing so will ruin our Flavor Rank and destroy its people. Others claim that people will develop the land without interference if just tax is demanded of them.
