Appointment to Target Shogunate Adjective Office
We have many clans serving our Flavor Rank. Their leaders are always people of ambition, constantly struggling among themselves for power and preference. Their duty is nonetheless to serve us, and some perform it more diligent than others. There is currently a vacancy in our administration, and we could grant this title to one of the clans, giving them a great honor but also tying them further to our interests. We may even be able to use this as a way to limit their influence.
