Negligence of Akritai in Target Location
Leaders of the border Target Location Rank of Target Location have neglected their duties as guardians of the front by slackening their daily drills, and have therefore become susceptible to raids as well as invasions from our enemies.
A recent inspection has provided us with more information on the situation: Their commander seems to be a creature of nepotism, having inherited the position through family rather than merit. The troops have also been enjoying the funds that Country has given them, drinking and boasting of deeds that do not match their actual competence. Rather than accepting this situation and risking a breach on the border of Target Area, we must instead enforce discipline within these Akritai. Perhaps Target Character should be more proactive in this matter.
