Although the influence of the Roman language has been waning from the Court Title of the East, we have tried to maintain an identity as proud Roman people. Still, some Nobility seem knowledgeable enough to recite phrases of Latin.
'Pro bono', Target Character says to the courtiers. Everyone is confused before he/she explains its origin and its meaning. Some are entirely conservative, and mock him/her for using such strange language, while others are intrigued and wish to learn more about Latin. With people like that in the Court Title, there are murmurs about adopting this style of speech, and integrating that within the administration. A return to old Roman traditions of sorts, trying to maintain the ways of Rome within Country.
