Failure of the Scripture
Our doctrine of Sola Scriptura does no good if our population is not able to study the Bible to reach Salvation. Without proper instruction on how to read and write, our people will not be able to rely on the Holy Book for reassurance. As the sovereign we need to tackle this issue.
