Bountiful Harvest
This harvest has been unusually bountiful and we could well make use of this unexpected wealth to fund planned religious works. An extra tax has been suggested to transfer the extra grain from the farmers to the state. However, traditional Country Adjective teachings dictate that we cannot act in a way that oppresses the populace, and some of our ministers seem uneasy with burdening them with an extra tax.
