Feuding Estates
The weakening of central authority in recent years has emboldened the estates of the Tsardom, each vying for greater influence over the weakened Crown. Simmering rivalries have erupted into open hostility and our neutrality is increasingly more difficult to maintain. As we risk turning both factions against us, perhaps we may yet secure the loyalty of one of them at the cost of deepening division within the realm.
