A strange man named Heresiarch has been spotted in the countryside at various locations around our Flavor Rank. He is teaching a most unorthodox version of the creation of the world to whoever will listen to his jovial ramblings. According to some, Heresiarch represents a dangerous and vile reinterpretation of holy teachings, but many of our subjects seem to have been taken in by the heresy of this would-be prophet and his ideas.
Intrigued by the reputation of Target Ruler as a free thinking man/woman, Heresiarch is now demanding an audience with our Ruler Title, offering to act as an advisor in spiritual matters.
