Apart from being an important member of the Parliament, Target Location is also the center of a number of influential businesses with a stake in overseas trade. It appears that many of these businesses have decided that they would not benefit from the currently debated proposal's implementation and have exerted pressure on their members of the Parliament to weaken the proposal.
