Scholarly Life in Capital
With many works of art in Capital and many new scholars, poems, and translators flocking to our Court Title, Target Character has been thinking of changing the way the Country Adjective Court Title works. Instead of the Nobility influencing it, maybe it should be a separate body entirely, a show of prestige rather than an administrative body.
