When it comes to our administration in Bosna, we have lacked a center for our governors to reside in and properly strengthen their influence on the people. To remedy that, the Cabinet Title suggests that we establish Target Location as that, effectively transforming the Target Location Rank in a mansion for our governors. This would give us the control we seek in the area if we have the funds to spare.
