The Burning of Target Location
Dastardly irregular forces, secretly in the employ of Russia, has entered Target Location on the border, setting fire to the town and killing whoever they found. Thousands of civilians have perished. This is a gross insult to our sovereignty and prestige, and many among the Nobility expect us to declare war in retaliation. Others at court are more cautious however, pointing out that Russia might prove a mighty foe, and that our resources would be better spent in rebuilding Target Location.
