Brigands in Anatolia
Roving bands of brigands are causing great distress among the Commoners of Anatolia. Many of the bandits are of peasant heritage themselves, having been impoverished due to lack of opportunities, and now they plunder and harass all that they might. By abolishing the Timariots system, and instead creating the Sekban System of musketeers, we could recruit more Commoners for our armies, and thus relieve the crisis in Anatolia.
