Perceiving that the office of the Ruler Title is beginning to lose the prestige it once had, Ambitious Ruler is ill at ease. he/she laments the increasing influence of the bureaucracy, provincial governors, and even the women of the harem, all of which, he/she claims, has come at his/her expense. he/she wants to perform a series of political maneuverings to return power to the Ruler Title, but such a move would be sure to enrage some factions.
