Despite our control over Albania, there have been several rebellious lords within the lands, who may not openly speak about their stance to the Country Adjective Court Title, but would surely take action should troubles arise. Rather than sit idly by, there have been suggestions to take hostages from them, specifically members of the Kastrioti family. Perhaps like that, we can hold leverage over them, using it in case they ever think of rebelling against Target Character.
