Revising the Kulm Law
The Black Death has ravaged through the entire continent of Europe, decimating numerous towns and plunging settlements into ruin. Though the economic impact on the Country has been terrible, worse yet is the fact that lower population in numbers in Germany have decreased migratory pressures, decreasing population growth in Prussia. Unless we provide more incentives to migrate into Country Adjective lands, we will soon be left without any migrants, who form an essential part of our Christianization mission.
