Protecting Target Location
To properly secure the winds of trade in Guinea, the Court Title has suggested that we erect a Feitoria in Target Location. The Target Location Rank has been favored by both Target Character and the Burghers. For that reason, any plans to fortify the place will be widely supported.

Being established in 1481 by Henrique o Navegador, its plan was to control the trade route from India to Europe alongside the Gold Coast. Many traders would flock there, either from European, Asian, or African origin. Portugal would maintain their control of this Feitoria until 1637, when the Dutch would take control over it.
