Transferring University of Current Location
The Target Building Type of Current Location was originally founded as the Target Building Type of Target Location by Founder Of University back in 1290. It was given the name of Estudo Geral, and it remained in the Target Location Rank until 1308, when it was moved to where it is today due to the conflicts with the local citizens.
Since then, however, those conflicts have finally subsided and the rule of Target Character could see the Target Building Type be returned back to the capital of Target Location.
