Golden Liberty
The granting of various privileges over the years has led to the creation of a truly unique government where the Nobility seem to possess the absolute authority over the rule of state. If there is any legislation that the aristocracy does not approve of, it is shut down with the right to Liberum Veto. Furthermore, the Court Title can no longer freely levy taxes on them due to the Privilege of Koszyce. No restrictions can be placed either, as the Nihil Novi forbids creating any laws about the Nobility without their consent. The confirmation of all of those privileges and more are confirmed by each successive Ruler Title during their coronation as part of the Pacta Conventa.
