Selling Indulgences
Many countries have started to sell indulgences for money, so that the rich may save their souls and continue living in sin. We have received reports that some of our bishops offer these services with the claim to be authorized by Target Ruler himself/herself.
This practice guides a lot of money to the coffers of the Church, and while some condemn it, others think it should be allowed.
