Foundation of Target Location
The estuary of the Dvina River on the White Sea has increasingly become in the last decades a hub for trade in those northern lands. The wandering merchants usually accommodate in a monastery dedicated to the Archangel Michael, where they broker their deals. However, they have started demanding some infrastructure that would allow the flourishing trade of those lands to grow at a bigger scale. Some of our advisors have come up with the idea of actually founding a harbor town there, which would be named Target Location after the monastery.
