Continued Expansion of the Posadnik
Though Target Character's efforts to expand the Posadnichestvo saw the office expand beyond one man having sole power, some within the Nobility feel his/her reforms did not go far enough. Seeking to expand the office threefold, the Nobility have requested that an additional position, the Stepenny Posadnik be established as well, allowing for another elected position within the Veche. Some within the Commoners fear however this will just result in further power being consolidated to the Nobility families of Country.
