Growing Movements to Dismantle the Ushkuyniks
Although the Ushkuyniks have served the various Nobility families and Burghers guilds quite well in the past centuries, in recent years they have grown to be a political hindrance throughout Russia. Repeated aggression by the Ushkuyniks has grown to be problematic, with many of the pirates taking action well beyond their intended goals, and causing more devastation than influence. With the Ushkuyniks having now grown to be seen as a pariah organization, some within the Veche have requested Our Ruler decree their dissolution in order to help Country recover its image.
