Our region has long needed a grand institution of learning. Some representatives of the Clergy have come forth with a suggestion to establish a University in Target Location, which would be dedicated to lawyers, physicians, and clerics. They are willing to fund it, but they cannot afford to commission its construction alone, so a cooperation with the Crown would be required.
