Lǐfān Yuàn
The administration of the territories outside the core jurisdiction of Chinese and Jurchen people has become quite the hassle. As such, a proposal has been made to establish the Lǐfān Yuàn, an agency designed to let us get more out of these territories, as well as to ease the separatist sentiment of the local populace.
