Building a New Latin Country Adjective Bureaucracy
With our rule over Constantinople Location now restored, many of the Latin Country Adjective elite are now laying the foundations for a new bureaucracy to replace the decayed Byzantine system. One shortfall of the original Country was that regional pressures of the time prevented the Flavor Rank from forming a cohesive ruling structure.
Under the leadership of Scope Ruler, the Flavor Rank could take a different path, and form a cohesive Culture bureaucracy.
