Chosen Kanrei Leader and the Kanrei Council
The fall of Shiba has seen the position of power they held on the Kanrei council evaporate. Seeking to fill the power vacuum left, Chosen Kanrei Leader has offered to serve as the most senior clan within the council. Others within the Court Title have instead suggested it is time a new clan outside the council be chosen to fill the vacuum left, along with being one with no previous ambitions.
