Since its founding, the Country Adjective confederation has consisted of only five nations, each joined together due to the promise of the Great Peacemaker's Great Law of Peace despite having their own differences. However, this has not prevented members from each of the five tribes from adopting individuals outside the confederation as members of their tribes.
However, facing persecution in their homeland of North Carolina, the remaining members of the Skarureh people have migrated to our borders. Distraught by the tales of the downfall of the Skarureh people, Our Ruler has requested the grand council to allow the Skarureh people to join as the sixth nation.
