Rise of the Ṣafavī Dynasty
Our influence in Persia is not as grand as we wish to, yet despite that, many in the Court Title wish to undo this. Target Character as well wishes to start raising his/her armies to strengthen the Ṣafavī influence over Persia. Being a competent military leader as well, many think that he/she should be able to bring Country glory by doing so, perhaps elevating the Flavor Rank as the hegemon of the region.
