Being favored by the Court Title, they can thrive within the Flavor Rank, establishing several communities around the land. With their influence, they wish to incorporate people such as Target Character2 within the Cabinet Title. Although it would satisfy this minority, there are members within the Nobility that would see this as an insult to the Culture culture itself.
