Universities are institutions of academic progress and intellectual growth. Naturally, such a building is advantageous to construct to increase the technological progress of the state. The Location Rank of Location is an excellent location to found a university.

1885historical_info = flavor_hun.400.historical_info Founded in 1367 as one of Central Europe's earliest universities, with the blessings of Pope Urban V and the influence of Bishop William of Koppenbach, it was primarily established for the teaching of Church law and Latin, sparing Hungarian students the need to study abroad. Though short-lived, the university made notable contributions under the guidance of figures like Galvano di Bologna and Bishop Bálint Alsáni, eventually fading away in the late 14th century. The modern University of Pécs carries on its intellectual legacy, and a part of its medieval history is commemorated in a dedicated university history exhibition.
