Danube has once again flooded Wien, causing widespread destruction to infrastructure and homes. The local population is in distress, and many have requested the Crown's aid to help them recover what they can. While it is essential to provide immediate relief, several influential voices at Court Title are proposing that this recurring catastrophe could be prevented if we adopt more permanent measures to regulate the river and its banks. Some are proposing to seek the assistance of Target Character, who is well known for his engineering works on the Schwarzen lake and Danube bridges. Perhaps, he would be able to help us stop the river from overflowing.
