Rule by the Four Councils
Seeking to form an effective board of advisors for tackling the various matters facing Country, Fra Ruler has chosen to delegate the varying matters of state to four varying councils. The High Council forms the most essential of these councils, tackling matters of state. The Council of Messages forms the council tackling reports of prosperity and other economic affairs ongoing in the provinces. Religious affairs of the state are delegated to the Council of Conscience, while lastly, the Royal Council of Finances manages the treasury of the state.
