Rapprochement with Ottomans
While relations between Ottomans and Country have long ceased, some in the Court Title have suggested that perhaps it is time Fra Ruler and the state once again pursue new relations with Ottomans. While the diplomatic position of Country is not as precarious as it once was, and discovery of the New World is largely restructing the political alliances of Europe, a renewed favorable policy towards Ottomans could lead to the revival of the French-Ottoman alliance.
