Fra Ruler's Edict on Slavery
Since the first early Country Adjective colonial settlements, slavery has remained a provocative practice amongst the colonies, with many of the first settlements relying on the enslavement of those belonging to various native cultures. While not outright banning the practice, Fra Ruler has drafted a new Country Adjective decree attempting to humanize the practice, forbidding any separation of slave families members, while also declaring any new slave must be baptized in Catholic traditions.
