Following letters received from several colonial governors across our colonial settlements, there has been a steady increase in local natives assimilating and joining as members of the local populace. While the reports from the governors suggest these interactions have been largely fruitful, most Country Adjective colonial laws only apply to natural-born Country Adjective people in these settlements.
Seeking to account for the growing assimilation of native people into our colonial settlements, Target Character have drafted a new Ordinance proclaiming any natives who fully embrace Catholicism will be considered a natural citizen of Country, and as such, will enjoy the full benefits and protections of the state.
