While Paris has remained one of the most populous Target Location Rank in Europe over the centuries, the growth of the Target Location Rank in the past decades has led to some challenges towards older sections of the Target Location Rank's architecture. One of the main points of this architecture deficiency has been seen in regards to the various bridges used for transportation across the Seine river that passes through the Target Location Rank, leading to some concern amongst the ministers that the increased usage of the existing bridges may lead to a collapse. In order to combat this concern, plans for a new and modern bridge called the Pont Neuf, have been drafted by French ministers.
