Compared to many of his/her predecessors, Fra Ruler's rule has been one marked by many Country Adjective tours and travels. From his/her many travels, Fra Ruler has been known to arrive unannounced, surprising many of the local lords. While these unannounced visits often disrupted daily proceedings, by the time of Fra Ruler departure, the province was left in a better state.
Now planning yet another Country Adjective tour, Fra Ruler has laid out two destinations, Target Province 1 and Target Province 2, asking for input from the Court Title to decide on the focus of the next tour.
