The League of the Public Weal
France under the Ruler Fra and his/her predecessor have made great strives to centralize power to court, and assert the supreme authority of the king. However, as a result of this steadily increasing effort to create a strong centralized body, many subjects of France, especially those belonging to princes of the blood, have grown increasingly hostile towards the state. Now viewing the Crown's power as becoming too encompassing, several subjects have signed onto a political alliance known as the League of the Public Weal, with the goal of crushing Ruler Fra's authority and restoring autonomy to the subjects of the crown.
