Seeking to secure an advantage against English Nation, Target Character has proposed a plan to conduct a series of naval raids against English Nation Adjective ports, in hopes of devastating the supplies of English Nation Adjective soldiers within Country. However, while the plan proposed by Target Character would no doubt lend a heavy advantage to our hopes of expelling English Nation Adjective troops from Country, the manpower and ships required for such an endeavor may prove too costly.
