In the last years, the Country Adjective Court Title has been acquiring more and more slaves for the army, as well as to serve as bodyguards of the Ruler Title. So much so, that the ministers are proposing to introduce the Diwan-i Bandagan, a dedicated department tasked with the procurement and management of slaves.
