A Constitution for Scandinavia
Ruling over the vast region of Scandinavia is not an easy task, and strife between the Nobility of Sweden, Denmark and Norway is a common occurrence. Since their interests rarely align, we should focus on creating a Constitution for our union, which forces the Nobility to cooperate if no consensus can be reached. This would be an enormous step towards centralizing the Kalmar Union, but the parties that are skeptical towards our shared Ruler Title will see this as a threat to their autonomy.
