Expedition into Manchuria
The vast lands of Manchuria are still as sparsely populated as ever, with many barbarian tribes who have never even heard of the glorious Country. Perhaps it would be preferable to lead an expedition down the Amur river to convince the local chieftains to become part of our Tributary System. One of our generals, Target Character, has volunteered to do so.
