Single Whip Law
As it stands, the fiscal system of the Country is a mess of many different tax regimes forcefully coexisting with each other. This breeds many inefficiencies which are serious adversities in exploiting our tax base. In order to combat this, the idea of Single Whip Law has been proposed, whereas all entities within our Flavor Rank would be obliged to pay the central government with Silver. We are not, however, in possession of enough coin to let our populace fulfill those demands.
