One of the New Ruler's ancestors, Chi Ancestor Character, once wrote a set of comprehensive recommendations for any future Ruler Title to uphold. Those rules have been compiled in a book titled Zǔxùn Lù which contains a set of countries that are not to be invaded as well as thirteen sections dedicated to many aspects of statecraft. Should New Ruler heed those warnings and suggestions?
